Moment 200 is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild to moderate headache (headache), flu-like conditions and colds, fever (less than three days), dental pain, mild to moderate muscle pain, bruises, post-traumatic pain and primary dysmenorrhea (menstrual pain). ).

Active substance(s): Ibuprofen - 200 mg.

Phenylpropionic derivative ibuprofen is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) with non-narcotic and antipyretic analgesic action, presumably acting by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis. Ibuprofen also appears to have a reversible inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation.

Dosage and method of administration:

Dosage varies depending on the patient, age and clinical situation. Adults and children over 12 years: 1-2 film-coated tablets 2-3 times a day. Take the medicine on a full stomach. Do not exceed the dose of 6 coated tablets per day. Do not exceed the recommended doses, particularly in elderly patients who must take the minimum doses indicated above. The lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest period of time necessary to relieve symptoms.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. Patients with a history of asthma, rhinitis, urticaria, angioneurotic edema or bronchospasm associated with the use of acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Patients with a history of retitis or retorrhagia (for rectal formulations). Patients with clotting disorders. Patients with severe renal impairment, in case of high doses of ibuprofen (> 1600 mg/day). Patients with liver failure. Third trimester of pregnancy. History of gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation related to previous NSAID therapy. Peptic ulcer/active bleeding or history of peptic ulcer/recurrent bleeding (two or more distinct episodes of ulceration or proven bleeding). Severe heart failure (NY Heart Association class IV).
