Diclofenac Azevedos 10mg/ml Gel 100g

Diclofenac Azevedos 10mg/ml Gel is indicated for the symptomatic treatment (relief of pain, inflammation and swelling) of mild to moderate muscle pain, post-traumatic inflammation of tendons, ligaments, muscles and joints (sprains, strains and bruises), localized forms of Degenerative rheumatism: osteoarthritis of the peripheral joints and spine.

Active substance: 10mg/ml diclofenac.

In inflammation of traumatic or rheumatic origin, diclofenac provides effective pain relief, reduces edema and shortens the time to recovery of normal functioning.

Dosage and method of administration:

Adults: Diclofenac Azevedos should be applied to the skin 3 or 4 times a day, rubbing lightly. The amount needed depends on the dimensions of the painful area (eg 2-4 g of Diclofenac Azevedos is sufficient to treat an area of approximately 400-800 cm2). Hands should be washed after application, unless these are the areas to be treated. The duration of treatment depends on the indication and the response obtained. A treatment evaluation is recommended after 2 weeks.

Contraindications:

Do not use without consulting your doctor in case of hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. It is also contraindicated in patients in whom attacks of asthma, urticaria or acute rhinitis are precipitated by acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs.
