Magnesio Supremo is a food supplement that provides magnesium citrate in a highly soluble organic form, with a high rate of absorption.

Characteristics:

• Contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, reduction of tiredness and fatigue, normal energy-yielding metabolism, normal muscle functioning, normal psychological function, electrolyte balance (sodium and potassium) and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Usage advice:

Adults: A maximum daily dose of two sachets is recommended. It can be taken up to a maximum of twice a day, as follows: one sachet in the morning, and the other in the afternoon or evening.

Children aged 3-11 years: Half a sachet, once a day.
