Directions for use:

Fill the measuring cup to the marked line (15 ml) and rinse, without diluting, two or three times a day, for 30 to 60 seconds. The mouthwash should come in contact with all surfaces of the mouth, especially under the tongue. Do not rinse after use. Do not ingest.
