NeoFitoroid bioPomade is a medical device based on molecular molecular complexes, which develops a lenitive action, protecting the mucosa anorectal, useful to combat discomfort (pain, burning and itching), irritation and inflammation, present in the case of hemorrhoids.

NeoFitoroid bioPomade is indicated in the treatment of hemorrhoids (internal and external) and symptoms associated with them such as anal and perianal pain, burning and itching. It can also be used in the presence of anal fissures. NeoFitoroid bioPomade can also be useful in prevention and in all situations that can cause irritation and / or congestion the anal and perianal zones (constipation, diarrhea, food and incorrect lifestyles). The action of NeoFitoroid is obtained thanks to Helydol, a lyophilized extract consisting of a purified lipophilic fraction from a specific selection of Helicriso that, enriched with Aloe, Holly, vegetable and essential oils, soothes irritation, protects the mucosa and favors normalization through 3 mechanisms of action:

• Mucoadhesive: adheres to the mucosa forming a film with a barrier effect that protects it from contact with irritating agents;
• Lubricant: reduces friction with feces, in order to protect from irritation and perianal congestion;
• Antioxidant: protects the mucosa from free radicals.

Besides that, NeoFitoroid creates an unfavorable environment for the growth of microorganisms developing an additional protective action and reducing itching. Directions for use:

For external application, apply and massage gently in the anal and perianal area. For an internal application, use the specific endorectal cannula tightened in the tube. Apply a sufficient amount of ointment to cover the affected part. Use the product after evacuation and after a careful and delicate washing of the anal and perianal area.

To obtain a preventive effect of irritation due to friction, the treatment can also be carried out before evacuation, remembering to apply the product also afterwards. After use, unscrew the cannula, clean it carefully with hot water and soap and close the ointment tube. It is possible to repeat the application several times a day, even at brief intervals, and for prolonged periods.
