Fenistil Gel 50g

Fenistil Gel is indicated for the treatment of insect bites, 1st degree burns, including solar and/or localized symptomatic treatment of eczema and dermatitis, with previous medical diagnosis. It ends itching because it blocks the action of histamine, which is a substance released by our body during allergic reactions. Applied to the skin, it relieves itching and irritation. It also has a local anesthetic effect.

Active substance: 1 mg/g, Dimethindene maleate.

Dosage and method of administration:

Apply 2 to 4 times a day on the affected area. Unless otherwise instructed by the doctor, it should not be applied for more than 6 days. If symptoms do not relieve, consult a doctor.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. If in doubt or if symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

In accordance with current legislation, non-prescription medicines in Portugal can only be delivered to the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
