FDC Omega-3 EPA and DHA 30 capsules

FDC Omega-3 EPA and DHA contains in its composition two fatty acids from the omega-3 series: docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) and eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA).

Characteristics:

• Omega-3 fatty acids are polyunsaturated fatty acids that are essential for the body. In other words, we must obtain them exclusively from our diet, as we cannot produce them ourselves. In terms of benefits for the heart, in general, adequate consumption of these fatty acids is associated with improved functioning of the circulatory system and a lower risk of cardiovascular disease.
• EPA and DHA contribute to normal heart function (The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 250 mg of EPA and DHA). DHA also contributes to normal vision and brain function ( The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 250 mg of DHA).
• Packages with 30 and 100 capsules.

Directions for use:

1 capsule, 2 times/day with meals. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of reach of children.
