Nazonite 180mg 20 tablets

Nazonite 180mg is a medication indicated for the relief of symptoms associated with chronic idiopathic urticaria in adults and adolescents aged 12 years and older.

Active substance: Each film-coated tablet contains 180 mg of fexofenadine hydrochloride, equivalent to 168 mg of fexofenadine.

Dosage and method of administration:

Adults: The recommended dose of fexofenadine hydrochloride for adults is 180 mg daily, taken before a meal. Children aged 12 years and older: The recommended dose of fexofenadine hydrochloride for children aged 12 years and older is 180 mg once daily, taken before a meal. Children under 12 years: The efficacy and safety of fexofenadine hydrochloride 180 mg have not been studied in children under 12 years of age. No dose adjustment is necessary in elderly patients or those with renal or hepatic impairment. However, as available data are limited, fexofenadine should be administered with caution in these patients.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

According to current legislation, non-prescription medicines in Portugal can only be delivered to the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
