Directions for use:

Before: To optimise its effectiveness, it should be used 2 weeks before sun exposure, morning and evening. During: Apply the night before and 20 minutes before sun exposure. After: Apply daily, morning and/or evening, to prolong the tan. It does not provide sun protection in the case of direct sun exposure and should be combined with another sun care product.
