Advice for use:

Canker sores in the mouth: apply a mixture of 1 drop of laurel essential oil together with 1 drop of vegetable oil for oral use on the sore 3 times a day. Confidence in yourself: mix 1-2 drops of laurel essential oil with 2-3 drops of vegetable oil, and apply to the inside of the wrists. Breathe deeply whenever necessary. Massage: combine 6 drops of laurel + 5 drops of wintergreen + 4 drops of lavender, based on 30ml of sweet almond oil. Apply in a gentle massage in the kidney area. Cooking: as a recipe in any stew, we can add 1-2 drops for 4 people. It can be combined with thyme or marjoram. Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy.
