Advice for use:

Nosebleeds: 2 drops of Geranium essential oil diluted in 2 drops of vegetable oil on a cotton pad and insert into the nasal orifice. Immersion bath: 10 to 15 drops of essential oil diluted with 10 ml of vegetable oil. Compress: 5 drops of essential oil diluted in 1/2 liter of water. Massage: 20 drops of essential oil diluted in 50 ml of vegetable oil. Do not use during the first 3 months of pregnancy. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily intake and keep out of reach of children.
