Directions for use:

1. Clean and dry the outside of the ear
2. Shape the plug to form the shape of a ball
3. Place the earplug in the ear and flatten it to prevent air from entering
4. To remove the plug, press behind the ear

Throw the plug away when it is dirty or when it loses its grip on the ear.

Reusable buffer up to 5 times.

For best results when traveling by plane, you must use the earplugs during the entire trip.
