BBraun Prontosan Wound Gel 30ml

BBraun Prontosan Wound Gel is a gel for cleaning and decontaminating wounds, composed of betaine (surfactant) and polyhexanide. Produced in a sterile closed system, free of endotoxins and ready to use.

Characteristics:

• Indicated for cleaning, decontamination and moisturizing the bed of acute or chronic wounds. It can be used on colonized, critically colonized and infected wounds, as well as grade I and II burns. Removes coatings, biofilms and prepares the wound bed for dressing.
• Sterile solution composed of PHMB and Undecylamidopropylbetaine.
• Lesion pH regulator.
• Non-cytotoxic. Prevents and removes biofilm.
• Active ingredient with low allergenic potential.
• Reduces healing time.
• It can remain open for up to 08 weeks after breaking the seal.
