Conforpam 10mg 20 coated tablets

Conforpam is a non-prescription medicine indicated for the relief of gastrointestinal tract spasms in adults and children over 6 years of age.

Active substance: Each film-coated tablet contains 10 mg of butylscopolamine bromide.

Dosage and method of administration:

It is recommended that adults take 1 to 2 coated tablets 3 to 5 times a day. The tablets are intended exclusively for oral administration. They must be swallowed whole with sufficient water

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients, myasthenia gravis, prostatic hypertrophy, urinary retention due to urethroprostatic pathology, tachycardia, gastrointestinal tract stenosis, pyloric stenosis, paralytic or obstructive ileus, megacolon, angle-closure glaucoma. The use of the medicine is contraindicated in the case of rare hereditary pathologies that may be incompatible with any of the medicine's excipients.

According to current legislation, medicines not subject to a medical prescription, in Portugal, can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde.
