Directions for use:

Digestive discomfort (swelling, flatulence) - Take 1 caps in the morning and 1 caps at bedtime until the end of the pack (15 days treatment). Occasional bowel changes (diarrhea) - Take 2 capsules in the morning and 2 caps at bedtime, for 5 to 10 consecutive days. With antibiotics - Take 1 caps in the morning and 1 caps at bedtime until the end of the antibiotic intake. Immune booster - Take 1 capsule in the morning until the end of the package. Repeat this dose for 3 months.
