Nestlé Optifibre 250g

Nestlé Optifibre is a 100 fiber food supplement% soluble, partially hydrolyzed guar gum (GGPH), which contributes to the daily consumption of fiber.

Characteristics:

Directions for use:

In liquids, add 1 measuring spoon (5g) in 100 ml and mix. Do not use carbonated drinks or sparkling water. In solids, mix the powder in 100g of food. Use only the measuring spoon included inside. Recommended daily dose: 5 to 20g or the dose recommended by your healthcare professional. Start with a measuring spoon (5g) per day and gradually increase the daily dose if necessary, increasing one measuring spoon per day every three days. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 20g / day.
