Nestlé Optifibre 250g

Nestlé Optifibre is a 100% soluble fiber food supplement, partially hydrolyzed guar gum (GGPH), which contributes to your daily fiber intake.

Characteristics:

• 100% fiber of vegetable origin, and acts in a natural gentle way on the body, showing good tolerance.
• Neutral flavor, easy to dissolve.
• Gluten free.
• Suitable for people with digestive sensitivity, for people who want to increase their daily fiber consumption and for pregnant women.
• Recommended only for ages 3 and up.
• It can be added to drinks or foods, cold or hot, without altering the flavor, texture or odor.

Usage advice:

In liquids, add 1 measuring spoon (5g) to 100 ml and stir. Do not use carbonated drinks or sparkling water. In solids, mix the powder in 100g of food. Only use the measuring spoon included inside. Recommended daily dose: 5 to 20g or the dose recommended by your healthcare professional. Start with one measuring spoon (5g) per day and if necessary gradually increase the daily dose, increasing one measuring spoon per day every three days. Do not exceed the maximum dose of 20g/day. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose and keep out of the reach of children.
