Usage advice:

Tightly pinch about 40 to 50 centimeters between the index and middle fingers of each hand, leaving about 2 to 3 centimeters of loose thread in the middle. Insert the floss between the teeth, gently sliding it up and down. When the floss reaches the gingival sulcus, bend it against one of the teeth and gently slide it into the space between the gum and the tooth, until you feel resistance (never make violent movements). Repeat the operations on all teeth, using a piece of clean floss for each one.
