Ambroxol Fluidox 30mg 20 tablets

Ambroxol Fluidox 30mg is a mucolytic adjuvant in the antibacterial treatment of respiratory infections in the presence of bronchial hypersecretion.

Active substance: 30mg of ambroxol.

Ambroxol is a specific fluidifier that acts on the viscosity and structure of mucus. It increases the production of pulmonary surfactant and stimulates ciliary activity. These actions result in improved mucus flow and transport (mucociliary clearance). Improved mucociliary clearance, which has been demonstrated in clinical pharmacological studies, facilitates expectoration and coughing.

Dosage and method of administration:

Adults: 1 tablet, 3 times a day. The therapeutic effect may be enhanced by taking 2 tablets, 2 times a day. The tablets should be taken with liquid after meals. Read the package leaflet carefully and if you have any questions or symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

According to current legislation, non-prescription medicines in Portugal can only be delivered to the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to deliveries to other Member States of the European Union.
