Usage mode:

Brush your teeth for 2 or 3 minutes, 3 times a day, after meals. Recommendations for correct oral hygiene: Start by brushing the outside of the teeth, in rotating movements with the brush at a slight angle. Then, with the brush in the same position, brush the inside of the teeth. The faces of teeth that chew should be brushed from back to front. On the inside, the incisors, both top and bottom, should be brushed with the brush vertically. Molars should be brushed with back and forth motions. Don't forget to brush your tongue. Mouthwash with water. Finally, use dental floss. A good brushing should take 2 to 3 minutes.
