For the human brain to process and store information, it is necessary to transmit stimuli (information) from one nerve cell to another. This task falls to several messenger substances, called neurotransmitters. They ensure that brain cells fulfill their main mission - mutual communication.

The adequate proportion of the messenger substances among them influences the capacities of concentration, perception and memory. The optimization of the interaction between the different messenger substances contributes to the maintenance of concentration and mental agility.

Rhodiola Rosea - the plant of eternal ice

Rhodiola Rosea has long been used as a source of nutrients for mental alertness. Its ingredients are said to have positive effects on information processing in the brain.

Rhodiola Rosea is a mountain plant from the Arctic regions, with a wide spectrum of valuable nutrients, and for this reason, for centuries, it has been so appreciated by the native peoples of these regions. For its exceptional properties it is also called “Golden Root”.

Magnesium and Vitamin B1 - vital nutrients

Magnesium and Vitamin B1 play an essential role in our energy metabolism.

As the body does not produce these substances itself, its contribution is dependent on daily food. For the processing of information and the formation of messenger substances, the brain constantly needs a lot of energy.

Since nerve cells cannot, on their own, store energy, they have to be supplied continuously. For the use of this energy by the nerve cells the body needs Magnesium and Vitamin B1. In addition, these two substances participate in the transmission of nerve stimuli in the brain and, therefore, in the capacity of memory.
