Arkocápsulas Ashwagandha Bio is a food supplement based on Ashwagandha.

Features:

Thanks to its adaptogenic properties, Ashwagandha helps maintain psychic and mental abilities.
Increases resistance to stress, especially in more demanding situations.
Recommended for use from the age of 15.
Ingredients: Organic Ashwagandha root extract (KSM-66) (Withania somnifera). Thickener: Organic acacia gum. 100% vegetable capsule: hydroxypropylmethyl cellulose.

Directions for use:

Take 2 capsules at breakfast with a large glass of water. Not recommended during pregnancy and lactation due to insufficient safety data. Caution is advised in cases of autoimmune diseases or if taking oral antidiabetics. Do not take if known allergy to any of the ingredients. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach and sight of children. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
