ALAnerv is a food supplement based on alpha lipoic acid, gammalinolenic acid, vitamins and selenium.
Characteristics:
- Alpha Lipoic Acid (ALA), the main component of ALAnerv, is a compound similar to vitamins, produced in the human body, and also present in several foods. Known for its documented activity as a co-enzyme in cellular metabolism, it intervenes and promotes important metabolic cycles, such as the production of ATP (responsible for the cell's energy storage) and the regeneration of Vitamin E, Vitamin C and glutathione.
- Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GFA) is an essential polyunsaturated fatty acid, precursor of cell membrane components.
- Vitamin B Complex (B1, B2 and B6) contributes to the normal functioning of the nervous system.
- Vitamin E and Selenium help protect cells against oxidative stress.
Directions for use:
It is recommended to take 1 - 2 capsules per day, in a single dose, with main meals.
