Kompensan Trieffect 340mg+30mg 20 tablets

Kompensan Trieffect 340mg+30mg is indicated for the relief of the following gastrointestinal symptoms: heartburn (burning sensation in the stomach) and bloating due to excessive production of stomach acid and gases (flatulence, aerophagia and meteorism).

Active substances: Sodium aluminum dihydroxide carbonate and dimethicone.

Sodium aluminum dihydroxide carbonate is an agent that neutralizes stomach acidity and dimethicone reduces the accumulation of gas in the intestines.

Dosage and method of administration:

Always take as your doctor has told you. Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure. The usual dose is 1 or 2 tablets to be taken between or after meals, at bedtime or if symptoms require it. The lozenges must be dissolved in the mouth and must not be swallowed. The lozenges must not be dissolved in water. An average treatment period is not established. It is recommended to consult a doctor if symptoms persist for more than a week after starting treatment. It is not recommended in children under the age of 12 years.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients. Renal insufficiency. Salt-restricted diet. hypophosphatemia. Constipation and narrowing of the intestine (stenosis).
