Betadine Vaginal Foam 200ml

Betadine Vaginal Foam is indicated:

Gynecological asepsis. Disinfection of the vulva, perineum and inner thighs before delivery. Women's intimate hygiene.

Active substance: 4g povidone iodine

Posology and method of administration:

As this medicine is intended for vaginal disinfection, it should not be used by children under the age of 12 years. For topical use only. In preoperative preparation, avoid placing the patient on the solution. Prolonged exposure to the solution may cause irritation or, rarely, severe skin reactions. Skin burns may occur from placing the patient on the solution. This medication is for vaginal use.

According to current legislation, medicines not subject to a prescription in Portugal can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde.
