Usage advice:

Take the indicated dose with a large glass of water, without chewing or breaking the tablet. Take one pill at a time. If you have difficulty swallowing the tablets, dissolve them in lukewarm water or unsweetened tisanes, stirring until completely dissolved. The drink obtained must be ingested within a few minutes, before the gel forms. Warnings: if you are taking other medicines or vitamin supplements, take 2 tablets before. In case of diabetes or hyperglycemia, seek medical advice before taking it. Not recommended during pregnancy, breastfeeding women and children under 8 years of age.
