Vetoryl it is indicated for the treatment of pituitary-dependent hyperadrenocorticism and adrenal-dependent hyperadrenocorticism (disease and Cushing's syndrome) in dogs.
Active substance: Trilostane 10mg
Trilostane is a short-acting enzyme inhibitor of 3ß-hydroesteroid dehydrogenase that reduces circulating cortisol levels by resolving clinical signs. Recommended doses have a more selective effect on cortisol production.
Posology and method of administration:
Administer once a day, with food. The dose should be adjusted by the veterinarian according to the individual response.
