Dioflav 1000mg 60 tablets

Dioflav 1000mg is a drug indicated for the treatment of symptoms and signs related to chronic venous insufficiency (heavy legs, pain, cramps, edema). It is also indicated for the symptomatic treatment of acute hemorrhoidal crisis.

Active substance: 1000mg of micronized flavonoids (contains 900 mg of diosmin and 100 mg of other flavonoids expressed as hesperidin.

Dosage and Method of Administration:

Usual dosage: 1 tablet a day. In hemorrhoidal crisis: In the first 4 days: 1 tablet 3 times a day, in the following 3 days: 1 tablet 2 times a day. Then return to the maintenance dose: 1 tablet per day.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

In accordance with the legislation in force, medicines not subject to medical prescription, in Portugal, can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
