venex 300mg It is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of venous stasis resulting from chronic venous insufficiency of the lower limbs with tired and painful legs and for the symptomatic treatment of hemorrhoids.

Active substances: 300 mg of diosmin.

Diosmin is a flavone, belonging to the group of substances known as bioflavonoids. “In vivo” and “in vitro” pharmacological studies have shown that diosmin has a venotonic and venoprotective effect and improves capillary permeability.

Posology and method of administration:

It is generally recommended to administer 900 mg per day in divided doses or as a single dose.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

According to current legislation, medicines not subject to a prescription in Portugal can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde.
