Directions for use:

Spray directly onto exposed skin and spread gently with your hand, in well-ventilated outdoor and indoor areas. Apply only to uncovered parts of the body. Do not spray directly on the face; first spray into the palm of your hand and distribute over the face, protecting the eyes. You can apply sunscreen or other cosmetics before the repellent to avoid reducing its effectiveness. To maintain protection, reapply the repellent every 8 hours. Application on babies: 1 application per day, approximately 5 sprays.
