Usage advice:
Reserved for Adults. Time difference (jet lag): the beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of Melatonin, equivalent to 1 sublingual tablet shortly before going to bed, on the first day of the trip and a few days after arrival at the destination .
Sleep: 1 sublingual tablet before bed or at night. You can take up to 3 tablets depending on need.
