Gripalgin 10 sachets

Gripalgin is a non-prescription medicine indicated for the relief of symptoms of colds and flu that persist with pain (mild or moderate), fever, congestion and nasal discharge in adults and adolescents from 14 years of age.

Active substance: Paracetamol 650mg, Phenylephrine (bitartrate) 15.58mg and Chlorophenamine 4mg.

Dosage and method of administration:

Adults and adolescents over the age of 14 are recommended one sachet every 6-8 hours (3-4 sachets per day). You should not exceed 3 grams of paracetamol (4 sachets) in 24 hours. Use in patients with liver failure: In case of liver failure, do not exceed 3 sachets per day (2 grams of paracetamol) and the minimum interval between doses is 8 hours. Use in patients with renal failure: Not indicated for this population due to the dose of paracetamol. Use in children and adolescents under 14 years of age: This medicine is not recommended due to the adjustment of the paracetamol dose in this population. This medication is administered orally. Dissolve the entire contents of the sachet in approximately half a glass of water. Shake and drink.
