Dimidon 20 mg/ml oral suspension 200ml

Dimidon is a non-prescription medicine indicated for the short-term symptomatic treatment of: Mild to moderate pain such as toothache, headache. Fever of various etiologies.

Active substance: Each ml of Dimidon 20mg/ml Oral Suspension contains 20mg of ibuprofen as the active substance.

Dosage and method of administration:

The lowest effective dose should be used for the shortest period of time necessary to relieve symptoms. The dosage varies depending on the patient, his age and his clinical situation. Each 5 ml of solution contains 100 mg of ibuprofen. Dimidon does not contain sugar, so it can be taken by diabetics. It is administered orally, preferably after meals. Dimidon may cause a transient burning sensation in the mouth or throat; Shake the bottle well before use.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients. Asthma, rhinitis, urticaria, angioneurotic edema or bronchospasm associated with the use of acetylsalicylic acid or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Coagulation disorders (with a tendency to increase bleeding). Gastrointestinal bleeding or perforation related to prior NSAID therapy. Ulcerative colitis, Crohn's disease, peptic ulcer, or recurrent GI bleeding (defined as two or more distinct episodes of proven ulceration or bleeding). Patients with severe heart failure. Patients with severe hepatic impairment. Patients with severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance less than 30 ml/min). If you are in the third trimester of pregnancy.
