Oratol is indicated in oral and oropharyngeal hygiene, in the treatment of gingivitis and stomatitis (excluding severe) and in the relief of toothache.

Active substances: zinc chloride.

Oratol simultaneously combines bactericidal, analgesic and tissue reconstituting characteristics, while at the same time it brings the oral microbial flora back to normal balance, not being aggressive to the oral coating.

Dosage and method of administration:

Use oral route. Oratol is a drug with local action, for oral use, which should not be ingested, therefore it should not be used in children who have difficulties in mouthing without ingesting. On inflamed and bleeding gums: 15 to 20 drops in a glass of warm water, which is applied in mouthwash. Putting a few drops of pure Oratol on the brush, previously wet and massaging the gums, immediately obtains good results. In stomatitis: In these cases, it is advisable to increase the doses indicated above, and rinse several times a day. On canker sores: Apply with a cotton ball soaked in pure Oratol, 1 to 2 times a day. In angina: A swab soaked in Oratol and warm water is applied in equal parts. For gargling, 15 to 20 drops in a glass of warm water. In the case of toothaches: When decayed, a small dressing is soaked in pure Oratol which is introduced into the cavity, and you should go to the dentist shortly. As it is a product of local action, which should not be ingested, Oratol should not be used in children who have difficulties in rinsing without ingesting.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients. The use of pure Oratol in the socket after an extraction is contraindicated.

If in doubt or if symptoms persist, consult your doctor or pharmacist.
