Dolostop 650mg 14 tablets

Dolostop 650mg is indicated for the symptomatic treatment of clinical situations requiring analgesic and/or antipyretic action, such as symptoms associated with flu-like illnesses, fever (lasting less than 3 days), hyperergic reactions to vaccination, mild to moderate headache, migraine with prior medical diagnosis, mild to moderate intensity, mild to moderate toothache, mild to moderate earache, mild to moderate dysmenorrhea, and mild to moderate traumatic, muscular and articular pain.

Active substance: 650mg paracetamol.

Paracetamol exerts analgesic and antipyretic action.

Dosage and method of administration:

The recommended dose depends on age and body weight. Dolostop 650mg tablets are intended for oral administration in adults (including the elderly) and children 12 years of age and older. Administration may be repeated at intervals of 6 to 8 hours. If necessary, the interval can be at least 4 hours, and the maximum dose should not be exceeded. Up to 50kg, adolescents between 12 and 15 years: 1 tablet. Up to 3 tablets (equivalent to 1950mg of paracetamol). Above 50kg, adolescents between 16 and 18 years and adults: 1-2 tablets. Up to 4 tablets (equivalent to 2600mg of paracetamol). The maximum daily dose of paracetamol should not exceed 3g/day. Paracetamol (acetaminophen) is a frequent component of several medications in combination. This fact should be kept in mind to avoid exceeding the maximum daily dose.

Contraindications:

Severe liver disease. Hypersensitivity to paracetamol or any of the excipients.
