Directions for use:

From 4 years old: 1 tablet per day. The tablet must be chewed and not swallowed whole. There are no limitations on the duration of taking Centrum Junior. Do not exceed the recommended daily consumption. Excessive consumption of xylitol can have laxative effects. This product should not be used as a substitute for a healthy and varied diet.
