Teniverme 100mg 6 tablets

Teniverme 100mg is indicated for the treatment of parasitic infections caused by; Ancylostoma duodenale , Angiostrongylus cantonensis , Ascaris lumbricoides , Capillaria philippinensis , Enterobius vermicularis , Gnahostoma spnigerum , Necator americanus , Strongyloides stercoralis , Trichinella spiralis , Trichuris trichiura and Onchocerca volvulus (in alternative therapy). It is also indicated for the treatment of parasitic infections caused by some tapeworms, including Hymenolepis nana , Taenia saginata , Taenia solium and Echinococcus granulosus .

Active substances: 100mg of flubendazole.

Dosage and method of administration:

In oxyuriasis: a single dose of one tablet. Since re-infestations by Enterobius vermicularis are very frequent, it is recommended to repeat the treatment 2 to 4 weeks later, particularly in eradication treatments. In ascariasis, trichocephaliasis, hookworm and mixed infestations: one tablet morning and evening for three days. In taeniasis: one tablet twice a day for six consecutive days. Teniverme is intended to be administered orally.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients. Pregnant women or women who may be pregnant.
