Sensillo Cherry Core Cushion

Sensillo Pillow Cherry Kernels can be applied hot or cold, depending on the use you want to give. They are ideal for relieving pain and discomfort in various parts of the body. Diameter about 15cm.

Characteristics:

• Use cold in case of sprains and bruises, headaches, migraines, insect bites and/or minor burns.
• Use warm hot in case of back pain, muscle and joint pain, breast warming of breastfeeding mothers stomach pains, cramps, menstrual pain and/or need for a relaxing effect.

Usage advice:

To use hot, microwave 300-600W max. 1 minute. In the oven at 120 ° C for around 4 min. To use cold put in the fridge for about 30-60 minutes (in a clean, dry plastic bag).
