Densileg 1000mg 30 pills

Densileg is a non-prescription medicine indicated for adults for the treatment of signs and symptoms of chronic venous disease such as pain, heaviness, nocturnal cramps, edema and trophic changes of the lower limbs and/or treatment of symptoms related to the acute hemorrhoidal crisis.

Active substance: Each tablet contains 1000 mg of micronized flavonoids, containing 900 mg of diosmin and 100 mg of other flavonoids expressed as hesperidin.

Dosage and method of administration:

The usual daily dose is 1 tablet. Treatment should continue for at least 4 to 5 weeks. Acute haemorrhoidal crisis During the first 4 days of treatment, the daily dose is 3 tablets (administered as 1 and a half tablets twice a day). For the next 3 days the recommended daily dose is 2 tablets (administered as 1 tablet twice daily). The recommended daily dose for maintenance treatment is 1 tablet.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance or to any of the excipients.

In accordance with the legislation in force, medicines not subject to medical prescription, in Portugal, can only be delivered in the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
