Proctolog Ointment is a non-prescription medication indicated for the symptomatic treatment of hemorrhoids.
Active substance: Each gram of rectal ointment contains 5 mg of ruscogenin and 58 mg of trimebutine.
Dosage and method of administration:
Apply the rectal ointment 1 to 2 times a day. Suppositories may be used in addition if deemed appropriate.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to the active substances or to any of the excipients.

According to current legislation, non-prescription medicines in Portugal can only be delivered to the municipalities of Maia, Gondomar, Matosinhos, Porto, Santo Tirso, Trofa, Valongo and Vila do Conde. This limitation does not apply to shipments to other Member States of the European Union.
