Pevaryl 10mg/g Powder 30g

Pevaryl 10 mg/g Powder consists of econazole nitrate, an antimycotic for topical use intended for the treatment of infections of the skin and nails, caused by fungi (dermatomycoses), dermatophytes and yeasts, namely: interdigital mycoses on the hands and feet (eg eg: tinea manuum, tinea pedum, known as “athlete's foot”; Pityriasis versicolor; Recurrent vaginal candidiasis with previous medical diagnosis and balanic candidiasis.

Active substances: 10mg/g of econazole nitrate.

Dosage and method of administration:

Apply Pevaryl to the affected areas in the morning and at night, massaging gently. In the intertriginous regions apply a gauze in order to keep the area dry. Pevaryl Skin Spray Powder is used to supplement therapy with Pevaryl Skin Spray Solution and Cream, as an auxiliary treatment or as a prophylactic. In the treatment of intertrigem, for example, the application of the powder may be sufficient and, in these cases, it should be applied twice a day, morning and evening, on the affected area. Shake the bottle well. Spray approximately 10 cm from the lesions; it is essential not to insist on prolonged spraying, but to spray all areas. Allow to dry before covering. The duration of treatment depends on the situation to be treated. Symptoms usually disappear after a few weeks of treatment.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to the active substance(s) or to any of the excipients.
