Usage advice:

Exfoliate your face and/or body to eliminate dead cells. Apply in a thin layer, evenly, to the face and/or body, previously cleansed and dry. Wait approximately 20 minutes after application before dressing, washing or bathing. Apply daily for the first few days and then use twice a week for maintenance.
