Zir-Fos is a symbiotic consisting of a probiotic (Bifidobacterium longum BB 536) and a prebiotic (fructo-oligosaccharides), in addition to B vitamins, available in single daily dose sachets.
Characteristics:

Usage Advice:
It is recommended to take one sachet per day. Add the contents of one sachet to approximately 1/4 of a glass of water or milk. Mix and take immediately after preparation, preferably between meals.
