DulcoSoft Oral Solution 250ml

DulcoSoft Oral Solution is a medical device that contains Macrogol 4000, a substance that acts by retaining water in the colon, which helps to soften the stool and thus facilitates its evacuation, making it more comfortable. In this way, DulcoSoft provides a natural sensation of relief from constipation.

Characteristics:

• It is flavorless and can be mixed into any hot or cold beverage, such as water, fruit juice or tea.
• It is available in two forms: liquid (250ml oral solution), which can be recommended for children from 2 years of age; and in sachets (powder for oral solution 10 g, 20 sachets), for children from 8 years of age.
• It has a high safety profile and can be taken by pregnant women, breastfeeding women, children, the elderly, people with controlled sodium intake or gluten intolerance, and diabetics.
• It can be useful in patients with hemorrhoids, who complain of hard and dry stools, by avoiding excessive effort during evacuation.

Directions for use:

It should preferably be taken in a single dose, in the morning. It can be taken daily or on alternate days. The recommended daily dose for adults and children over 8 years is 20-40 ml, for children aged 4 to 7 years is 16-32 ml and for children aged 2 to 3 years is 8-16 ml.
