Psyllogel Fibra is a food supplement that favors the regulation of intestinal transit thanks to the formation of soft and fluid stools, promotes the balance of intestinal bacterial flora and also helps to delay the absorption of nutrients and promotes the metabolism of carbohydrates and lipids.

Usage advice:

Adults and children from 6 years old. Dilute in water (Or yogurt/juice). When in contact with water, it quickly forms a gel that has a gentle action on the intestine.
