Fora 6 Uric Acid Test 10 Strips

Fora 6 Uric Acid Test used in conjunction with the FORA 6 Plus / Connect multifunction monitoring system, they are intended for the quantitative measurement of uric acid in capillary whole blood freshly collected from the finger. They are intended for "in vitro" diagnostics only.

Characteristics:

• Compatible with Fora 6 Connect equipment.
• Store test strips in a dry and cool place between 2°C and 30°C, and relative humidity below 85%.
• Uric acid readings present plasma equivalent results in milligrams of uric acid per deciliter of blood (mg/dL).
• The measurement range of this device is 3 ~ 20 mg/dL (0.179 ~ 1.190 mmol/L).

Usage advice:

Use the test strip immediately after removing it from the vial or individual aluminum packaging. Close the bottle immediately after removing the strip. Do not use test strips after the expiration date. Always keep the bottle closed. Store test strips only in the original vial. Do not transfer them to a new bottle or any other container. Do not touch the test strips with wet hands. Do not bend, cut or alter the test strip. Keep test strips out of direct sunlight. Do not store test strips in high humidity environments.
