Description
It is a medical device designed to correct the imbalance of the vaginal flora and maintain its physiological pH.
Geliofil® is recommended in all situations of vaginal flora imbalance, such as:
- Treatment of bacterial vaginosis.
- Prevention of recurrences of vaginitis and vaginosis.
- Symptoms of increased vaginal pH, such as slight or marked unpleasant odor from the
vaginal flow.
- After intense and / or prolonged treatments with antibiotics, antifungals, cytostatics
or antivirals.
- After menstruation when the pH increases.
Directions for use:
Treatment (effective relief of unpleasant odor, abnormal discharge, discomfort and bacterial vaginosis): 1 daily application for 7 days.
To increase the natural pH of the vaginal and prevent recurrence of symptoms: 1 application every 3 days for 3 months.
To help maintain the pH level while taking antibiotics: 1 application at the end of the dose for 4-5 days.
In case of recurrence of symptoms at the time of menstruation: 1 daily application at the end of menstruation for 1-2 days.
