Directions for use:

Take preferably before bed and after urinating.

To prolong the benefit of antibiotics: 1 sachet per day for 30 days.

To increase protection in periods of greater sensitivity: 1 sachet per day during the risk period.

To avoid post-coital cystitis: 1 sachet per day after intercourse.

To avoid recurrent cystitis: 1 sachet per day for at least 3 months.

Place the contents of the sachet directly in your mouth and swallow with the help of a glass of water. It can also be mixed in yogurt. Do not chew.
