Food supplement specially designed for the symptomatic treatment of chronic and / or recurrent intestinal disorders in dogs and cats. Its exclusive formula relieves symptoms caused by inflammation and alteration of the epithelium, favoring the recovery of intestinal function.

Entero-chronic contains substances with a local anti-inflammatory and repairing effect on the intestinal epithelium. It also contains pre-biotics, which stimulate the growth of beneficial bacteria in the intestine. It is very safe as it has no drug interactions or side effects. It is a perfect complement to the usual treatments for chronic diarrhea as it complements and supports them, reducing the time of their administration.

Α-Glucan Butirogenic produces butyrate in the intestine of the animal, which is the main source of energy used by intestinal cells, thus promoting cell renewal. MPS protect reinforces the mucous layer that protects the intestinal surface, preventing colonization by pathogenic bacteria. Β-Glucans and MOS are the main nutrients of beneficial bacteria contributing to a correct balance of intestinal flora. MOS is able to neutralize food toxins, promoting their elimination.

Indications:

Indicated for dogs and cats with chronic and / or recurrent intestinal disorders in which continuous inflammation and / or damage to the intestinal epithelium caused by:

• Immunogenic reactions and inflammatory bowel disease.
• Intestinal permeability disorders: PLE (protein loss enteropathy).
• Diarrhea that responds to antibiotics and prolonged antibiotic treatments.
• Infections (viral, bacterial, fungal, protozoa).
• Chronic organ dysfunctions associated with the gastrointestinal tract (liver failure, exocrine pancreatic insufficiency).
• Chronic renal failure.
• Allergies, food hypersensitivity.

Directions for use:

Spread the contents of the sachet directly over the food.

Administer once daily for a minimum period of 30 days. If the animal eats more than once a day, the sachets can be divided between the different times it eats. If the veterinarian considers it appropriate, treatment can be extended up to six months, depending on the severity of the case and the evolution of the animal.
