Omega 3
Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA)
The consumption of docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) by the mother contributes to the normal development of the eyes and brain in the fetus and the infant fed with breast milk. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily dose of 200 mg of DHA, in addition to the recommended daily dose of omega-3 fatty acids for adults, that is, 250 mg of DHA and EPA.
Eicosapentaenoic acid and docosahexaenoic acid (EPA / DHA)
