Directions for use:

Reserved for adults. Take 1 tablet before going to bed on the first day of your trip and for the next 4 days after arriving at your destination. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum consumption of 0.5 mg of melatonin. Do not take if you are allergic or hypersensitive to any of the ingredients. Not recommended in pregnancy and breastfeeding. If you are taking antidepressants, do not use without medical advice. Do not associate with taking other sedatives.
